About the role
The Fashion Sales Manager leads the team of Fashion Advisors at the Chanel boutique in Rome’s luxury district, ensuring an exceptional, highly personalized client experience that reflects Chanel’s heritage and progressive style.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Fashion Advisors team, setting objectives, monitoring performance and providing tailored training.
- Ensure the boutique floor embodies Chanel’s strategy, visual‑merchandising standards and grooming excellence.
- Drive sales growth by analysing data, managing buying requests and contributing to the boutique’s buying strategy.
- Foster knowledge‑sharing with back‑office, Learning, Styling and Marketing teams.
- Represent Chanel at client events and within Rome’s luxury and fashion community.
Required profile
- Strong stylistic instinct and deep knowledge of Chanel’s history and collections.
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, with a focus on client relationship building.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into concrete team objectives and adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a commitment to staff development.
