Sales Representative – Bolzano

About the role

Holidu is looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join its Bolzano office. You will be the first point of contact for vacation‑rental owners, introducing them to Holidu’s technology platform and helping them grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact vacation‑rental owners through cold calling and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Track daily activities and monitor progress against monthly targets.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to gather market insights.
• Support onboarding of new team members and share best practices with international sales teams.
• Assist in organising events that promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated with strong persuasion skills on phone and in person.
• Positive attitude toward challenges and an empathetic personality.
• Solution‑driven, organized and responsible work style.
• Near‑native German proficiency and fluent English; Italian is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence.
