Seasonal Stock Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Seasonal Stock Advisor to support our store’s back‑of‑house operations during peak periods. The role combines inventory management, product flow coordination and direct assistance to sales teams, ensuring shelves are always stocked and customers receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product deliveries and restocking of both the stockroom and sales floor.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with the supply chain.
• Organise the back‑of‑house area efficiently.
• Manage product transfers between locations.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to store performance targets.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.
• Implement new logistics and back‑of‑house processes or projects.
• Support sales activities and provide on‑floor customer assistance.

Required profile

• Curiosity, empathy and a commercial mindset.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using various IT systems.
• English language proficiency at B2 level (additional languages a plus).
