Senior Account Manager EMEA (Italian and French Speaker)

About the role

ServiceChannel is looking for a Senior Account Manager who speaks Italian and French to drive growth and retention across its enterprise portfolio in EMEA and APAC. You will combine strategic thinking with day‑to‑day operational excellence to deepen executive relationships and expand revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build executive relationships to understand client challenges, value drivers and goals.
• Design and execute win‑win renewal strategies that increase contract value while protecting customer interests.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including upselling new features and products.
• Lead a portfolio of accounts, creating proactive renewal plans and coordinating with Customer Success to resolve critical issues.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari and related tools.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to shape future product development.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to meet clients and support regional initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven record of retention, expansion and quota achievement.
• Fluent in Italian and French, with strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex renewals, pricing negotiations and value‑based sales.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to juggle multiple high‑priority tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
