Service Coordinator – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator who is fluent in French and English to manage the scheduling and execution of service activities for our e‑mobility solutions. The role involves close interaction with customers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians and external service partners.
• Plan and align service operations directly with customers.
• Collaborate closely with the remote service team and development department.
• Organise and follow up on all service assignments independently.
• Plan and schedule annual inspections.

Required profile

• Technical education or relevant experience.
• Strong interest in the e‑mobility sector.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Independent, structured work approach with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS‑Office.
