Supply Chain Planning Manager – Italy & Greece

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Manager to coordinate cross‑functional teams across Italy and Greece. Based in Milan, you will ensure seamless alignment between sales, operations, logistics and transportation to meet customer fulfillment goals while optimizing inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and balance production capacities.
• Lead seasonal supply surges, including forecasting, communication, execution and exception handling.
• Recommend and implement tactics to improve supply‑chain efficiency within country plants and regional networks.
• Support customer collaboration analyses and drive successful implementations.
• Contribute to planning strategies such as plant openings/closings, collection replanning and new material purchases.
• Participate in and lead improvement projects to boost supply‑chain performance.
• Manage supply‑chain budgeting, cost analysis and reporting, working closely with logistics and finance teams.
• Produce customized local reports, scenario planning and contingency frameworks.
• Utilise CHEP optimisation tools for accurate data and reporting.
• Identify short‑, medium‑ and long‑term cost‑saving opportunities and develop the team.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience in planning, operations, facility engineering, supply‑chain or logistics.
• 1‑2 years of IT or project‑management experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience.
