Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Reacta Group is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to support the operational management of international supply chain activities for nutraceutical, functional food, pharmaceutical and pet food ingredients. The role involves coordinating supplier orders, monitoring stock, and working closely with Procurement, Sales, Quality and Logistics teams in a fast‑moving global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier orders and customer‑related supply activities.
• Plan and monitor national and international shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers (including extra‑EU) on raw material availability, lead times and required documentation (COA, customs, certifications).
• Handle import activities and liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Monitor supply‑chain KPIs, delivery timelines and operational issues.
• Support commercial teams with feasibility, availability and lead‑time assessments.
• Optimize logistics flows, control operational costs and manage logistics claims.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or related fields.
• Background in raw‑material trading, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food or chemical sectors is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English and strong organizational abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to coordinate across functions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems or supply‑chain management software
