About the role
Join Sécheron Hasler Group’s Electrical Safety Solutions unit as a Technical Customer Support Engineer based in Milan. You will provide multilingual technical assistance to clients in France and Italy, acting as the bridge between customers and the Geneva head office.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to French and Italian customers, handling inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and verify project technical documentation and ensure conformity with standards.
- Analyse customer specifications to select and configure appropriate products.
- Provide after‑sales and quality support, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate technical information flow between field sites and the Geneva headquarters.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support within railway or power‑electrical sectors.
- Fluent in English, French and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately once a month in France and Italy, plus quarterly trips to Geneva).
Required skills
- RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) knowledge.
- Technical documentation and reporting.
- Product selection and configuration expertise.
