Transport & Custom Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Transport & Custom Compliance Specialist to join our Group Operations team. The role focuses on defining and optimizing physical material flows across the Group while ensuring logistics efficiency, service quality, and compliance with customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and optimisation of material flows across the Group.
• Analyse logistics performance and drive improvements in service level, lead time and cost efficiency.
• Supervise and monitor third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Participate in logistics projects covering storage, handling, shipment tracking, outsourcing and warehouse optimisation.
• Monitor logistics costs and assist with tender management at local and Group level.
• Contribute to digital integration projects across the supply chain.
• Track logistics‑related CO₂e impact (Scope 3) and ensure correct application of logistics procedures and customs compliance standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data analysis tools.
• Interest in applying AI tools for data analysis and process automation.
• Project‑oriented approach and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.
