Account Manager, Amazon Vendor Services

About the role

As an Account Manager for Amazon Vendor Services, you will own the strategic relationship with a portfolio of complex vendor accounts across multiple EU marketplaces. You will develop and execute Vendor Growth Plans and contribute to Joint Business Planning, driving growth for both Amazon customers and vendor partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Vendor Growth Plans (VGPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for a Pan‑EU portfolio.
• Lead supply‑chain strategy to improve cost efficiency, reduce defects and enhance operational performance.
• Design and implement marketing and brand‑visibility initiatives in partnership with Amazon Advertising.
• Expand product selection, manage product lifecycles and launch new items to fill market gaps.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex B2B vendor relationships on e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple regions.
