IT Legal Intern (Milan)

About the role

Amazon’s Legal Department in Milan is looking for a motivated IT Legal Intern for a six‑month fixed‑term starting September 2026. You will support both local and international business teams, helping them navigate legal issues related to data protection, consumer protection, regulatory compliance and intellectual property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice to business clients on development projects and day‑to‑day operations.
• Conduct legal research and analyse a variety of issues, preparing clear responses to internal queries.
• Participate in local and international initiatives aimed at innovating and simplifying the Legal Department’s processes.

Required profile

• Law degree (or LL.M.) obtained within the last year with excellent academic records.
• Italian mother‑tongue (or equivalent) and excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong motivation for a fast‑paced environment and interest in IP, consumer protection and privacy law.
