Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

Abylsen Italia, the Italian branch of the engineering consultancy ABYLSEN, is expanding its recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition Officer will own the full recruitment lifecycle for consulting positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and supporting the growth of our engineering projects in Turin and Milan.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse hiring needs together with Business Managers.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, professional social networks and other channels.
• Write, publish and promote job offers.
• Conduct phone screenings and face‑to‑face interviews while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Report interview outcomes to Business Managers and track progress until hiring is completed.
• Facilitate onboarding of new consultants through internal processes.
• Develop partnerships with engineering schools and organise recruitment events.
• Boost Abylsen’s employer brand on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (e.g., Business, Human Resources) – minimum 5‑year program.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in an engineering, ICT or life‑sciences consulting environment.
• Strong communication, curiosity and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job boards and professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
