Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales & Operations

About the role

Satispay is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive growth by building high‑performing Sales and Customer Operations teams. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Sales and Customer Operations roles, managing the full cycle independently.
• Build active pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline stages and communications in the Ashby ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage expectations and answer daily operational questions.
• Track and report on key metrics such as funnel conversion, time‑to‑hire and offer acceptance rate.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of high‑volume recruiting experience in a fast‑paced in‑house or agency environment.
• Experience hiring for Sales and/or Customer Operations functions.
• Strong hands‑on sourcing skills with proven LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end candidate flow autonomously in any ATS.
• Knowledge of core talent metrics and ability to pull reports without support.
• Stakeholder management experience with hiring managers or clients.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
• Business acumen to understand how talent acquisition impacts revenue and growth.
