Account Executive – Dental Monitoring – Italy

About the role

DentalMonitoring, a fast‑growing MedTech scale‑up, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to cover the Triveneto, Emilia‑Romagna and Eastern Lombardy regions. You will act as the main point of contact for dental and orthodontic practices, promoting AI‑driven SaaS solutions that optimise orthodontic treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and communicate DentalMonitoring’s value proposition to dental and orthodontic practices.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships and loyalty.
• Prospect new clients, conduct on‑site product demonstrations and close sales contracts.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in local and national events, trade shows, conferences and webinars to expand the network.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing) to provide market insights and support campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in orthodontic, dental care, medical technology or a related field.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and good command of English.
• Ability to travel regularly to client locations and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced use of Excel.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with Apple Mac products.
