About the role
Holidu is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join its Florence office. You will be the primary point of contact for vacation‑rental hosts in central Italy, helping them list their properties on our platform and maximise their bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for hosts, guiding them through onboarding and post‑booking support.
- Coordinate the go‑live process for new listings and ensure a smooth experience.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to optimise the onboarding workflow.
- Conduct regular business meetings with key hosts to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Analyse performance data to develop solution‑oriented strategies for account improvement.
- Organise lead‑generating and networking events to build a community of hosts.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in account management, tourism, or other customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with a calm, friendly demeanor.
- Customer‑centric, problem‑solving attitude.
- Passion for new technologies and the travel industry.
- Near‑native Italian proficiency and fluent English.
- Valid driver’s licence.
