Accountant – Finance & Accounting (m/f/d)

About the role

Alpitronic is seeking a diligent Accountant to join its finance team. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, supporting billing processes across multiple regions, and preparing financial statements for both Italian and international entities within the group.

Key responsibilities

• Record business transactions such as invoices, receipts, payroll costs, and taxes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support billing activities for national, EU, and non‑EU customers in close collaboration with sales and service departments.
• Issue credit notes, adjustments, and reversals according to company procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Independently manage accounting tasks and prepare financial statements for selected group companies.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and support external auditors during audits.
• Contribute to consolidated financial statements and transfer‑pricing documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration; a degree in economics is a plus.
• Several years of experience in an audit firm, tax consultancy, or accounting department.
• Structured, meticulous working method with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English, Italian and German.
