Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our team at Aman Rosa Alpina. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, income audit, and revenue accounting within a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily income audit procedures and verify completeness of revenue transactions.
• Review, reconcile, and upload revenue data from Opera PMS into SunSystems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between operational reports and accounting records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reconciliation reports.
• Record, reconcile and analyse cost transactions, monitor expense allocations and support month‑end / year‑end closing.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, process journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments and account reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and internal/external audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong background in bookkeeping and revenue accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Hands‑on experience with SunSystems and Opera PMS is preferred.
• High level of accuracy, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
