About the role
We are seeking an experienced all‑round hotel employee to join our team in Lecce. The role involves cooking, ironing, and cleaning guest rooms, with two possible work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dishes following Italian cuisine standards.
- Iron guests' clothing and linens.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to high hygiene standards.
- Adapt to either a year‑round permanent schedule with accommodation or a part‑time schedule without accommodation.
Required profile
- Age between 30 and 45 years.
- 8‑10 years of proven experience in Italian hotels.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Good comprehension of the Italian language.
- Valid driving licence B (preferred).
- Contactable professional references.

What we offer
- Option 1: Permanent year‑round employment with accommodation and a monthly salary.
- Option 2: Part‑time work 3‑4 days a week, daily hours 08:00‑15:00, paid a daily wage.
