Missions
- Analyze app store reviews and ratings to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize improvements.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on user sentiment and feature requests.
- Monitor competitor apps and benchmark performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
Profil recherche
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, market research or product analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL or Python.
- Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize qualitative feedback.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with app store ecosystems (iOS, Android) and rating systems.
