Assistant Manager – Social & Digital (Dubai)

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking an Assistant Manager – Social & Digital to support the digital presence of its signature restaurant concepts in Dubai. You will work closely with the F&B team to translate on‑site experiences into engaging social content that drives guest interest and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day social media activity across multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring content aligns with each brand’s identity.
• Create and schedule compelling visual and written posts that showcase atmosphere, energy, and key moments.
• Support the development and maintenance of content calendars for launches, activations, events and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage community interactions, monitor engagement and maintain a responsive, guest‑focused digital presence.
• Convert marketing, PR and on‑site moments into on‑brand social stories.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and provide insights to improve visibility and demand.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content execution, preferably within luxury hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle brands.
• Hands‑on experience creating, scheduling and managing content across major social platforms.
• Strong understanding of community management, platform trends and audience behaviour.
• Creative, organised and commercially aware with the ability to link social content to restaurant performance.
