Assistant Project Manager

About the role

Unispace is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of construction projects worldwide. You will work closely with senior Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all project phases from planning through close‑out.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Help prepare schedules, budgets and work plans, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support procurement activities, track material and equipment deliveries.
• Assist in managing subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, meetings and quality control.
• Address issues or changes that arise during construction and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Support financial tasks such as invoice approvals and budget tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• University degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑3 years of experience in construction, project management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse, cross‑functional teams.
