Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience for TOD'S Group customers. You will guide the in‑store team, mentor new sales assistants, and act as a brand ambassador upholding the company’s values of craftsmanship, quality, and timeless style.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team, providing continuous feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients on the shop floor, ensuring a unique, brand‑aligned experience.
• Support sales operations, ensuring compliance with TOD'S values, CRM guidelines, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in planning events to attract new customers and increase loyalty.
• Collaborate on target setting, KPI monitoring, and product storytelling.
• Prepare sales trend reports, manage cash register duties, and maintain direct communication with headquarters and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Proven managerial experience with strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Deep product knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (mandatory) and ability to interact in multiple languages.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, problem‑solving capability, and adaptability.
