Associate Clinical Trial Manager (PhD) – Infectious Disease/Immunology

About the role

Medpace is seeking a recent PhD graduate to join its Clinical Trial Management team as an Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) focusing on infectious disease and immunology studies. The role is office‑based and provides a structured training pathway into clinical project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers on global study activities.
• Deliver recurring tasks on schedule with high accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain study status reports in the clinical trial management system.
• Liaise with internal teams, sponsors, study sites and third‑party vendors.
• Perform quality control of internal regulatory filing systems.
• Oversee study supply management and ensure proper documentation.
• Create and update project timelines.
• Organise project meetings and produce detailed minutes.

Required profile

• PhD in Life Sciences.
• Fluent English with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience with a clinical trial management system.
