About the role

Infront, a sports events company active in more than 25 sports, is hiring an Associate General Services (m/f/d) in Milan. The role works closely with the Head of General Services to manage quotations, supplier coordination and maintenance, in a hybrid setting. The salary range is €28,000 - €30,000.

Key responsibilities

• Draw up and evaluate quotations with the Head of General Services, request quotes from suppliers and verify costs and terms.
• Interact directly with suppliers, activate them and agree on work and timings for routine and non-routine maintenance and urgent repairs, while checking the quality of the work.
• Learn the building systems at Infront's premises: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and other technological systems.
• Manage and monitor maintenance activities, checking deadlines, completed work and documentation.
• Check and update technical documentation such as floor plans, diagrams, certifications and maintenance logs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in this role.
• Knowledge of English.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, patience and perseverance.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise, and ability to handle emergencies.

Required skills

• Basic technical knowledge of plant engineering.
