Associate Sales Representative – Extremities (Emilia Romagna)

About the role

The Associate Sales Representative is an entry‑level, field‑based position focused on building customer relationships, understanding needs, and supporting sales performance in the Emilia Romagna territory.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales performance by following up on leads, preparing customer interactions, and progressing opportunities under guidance.
• Develop basic commercial insight using customer, territory, pipeline and product data to contribute to daily, weekly and monthly activity plans.
• Identify customer needs, explain product features and benefits, and participate in pricing discussions within defined guidance.
• Maintain professional customer relationships, respond promptly, and deliver on commitments.
• Develop product, clinical and commercial knowledge and communicate essential product information accurately.
• Assist indirect sales activities by providing product information and supporting partner training when applicable.
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability and collaboration with managers, peers and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• University degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• English proficiency; knowledge of medical device environment and regulations is a plus.
