Founding Account Manager, Solo (Italy)

About the role

Dandy is seeking a Founding Account Manager in Milan to own a portfolio of 100+ dental practice accounts, drive net revenue retention, and expand usage across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a book of business, proactively engaging customers to drive NRR and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell of scanners, additional users, and new practice locations.
• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with dentists, providing consultative solutions and negotiating commercial terms.

Required profile

• 6+ years experience in the dental industry in sales, account management or customer success.
• Proven track record of upselling and growing an account portfolio.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to guide outreach.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of dental practice operations and digital dentistry market.
• Ability to speak the language of clinicians and partner with customers.
