Cloud Account Executive - Slack

About the role

Based in Milan, this Specialist Account Executive role focuses on driving new and expanding Slack business within the Agentic Enterprise. You will manage a high‑velocity book of accounts, partnering closely with Salesforce Core Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across a high volume of short‑cycle deals.
• Build relationships with business and departmental leaders, positioning Slack’s AI capabilities such as Enterprise Search and Slackbot.
• Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co‑sell, demo, and tailor solutions.
• Develop ROI‑driven business cases that quantify productivity and cost outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience with consistent target achievement.
• Ability to manage a large, high‑velocity pipeline with strong time‑management and forecasting discipline.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI concepts sufficient to demo AI assistants and search tools.
• Experience in team‑selling environments aligning with core Account Executives and partners.
