Associate Technical Consultant CRM

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant for its Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Operating Unit. The role supports physicians, sales teams and hospital staff across the Triveneto, Emilia‑Romagna and Marche regions, providing technical expertise on pacemakers, loop recorders and implantable cardioverter‑defibrillators.

Key responsibilities

• Provide implantation and follow‑up support to physicians and nurses using CRM products.
• Deliver technical product support to sales representatives, commercial functions and customers.
• Participate in presentations, conferences and meetings, assisting sales colleagues with product and therapy information.
• Train and develop physicians, hospital staff and other healthcare professionals on Medtronic products.
• Support post‑marketing activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce Lightning and MMX.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Strong commitment to continuous technical and clinical learning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and across Italy.
