About the role
As a Bellboy at Aethos Monterosa, you will be the first friendly face guests encounter, setting a welcoming tone for their stay. You will manage luggage logistics, provide local guidance, and resolve guest requests with professionalism and a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, offering a warm and helpful welcome.
- Assist with luggage handling, transporting bags to rooms promptly and safely.
- Act as a local guide, sharing recommendations on attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly and courteously.
- Maintain the lobby and luggage area in an organized, clean condition.
