About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager to help train AI chatbots. You will work in both Italian and English, engaging with conversational agents to assess their performance and create new dialogue examples that teach them how to respond accurately.

Key responsibilities

Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
Measure and report on the correctness and overall performance of AI model responses.
Generate novel conversation scenarios to improve chatbot language capabilities.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Italian.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
Only candidates residing in Italy will be considered.
