Business Development Executive – Florence

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new partner acquisition in Florence. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will work closely with the Commercial team and potential partners to expand Fresha’s marketplace footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha’s suite of products and services to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Handle 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log activities in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for partners.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.

• Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
