Business Development Manager – Europe

About the role

Omron is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across European markets. You will own the full customer acquisition journey, from prospecting to closing, and play a pivotal role in shaping long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across the Nordics, Baltics, DACH, Iberia, Italy, and France.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Drive opportunities from initial contact through to conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to maximise outreach impact.
• Represent Omron at industry events, exhibitions and customer engagements.
• Nurture leads and develop long‑term customer partnerships.
• Navigate complex organisations and supply chains to influence and win at every level.
• Take full ownership of the design‑in / design‑win cycle.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable working independently.
