Business Strategy Associate - Industrial and Services

About the role

PwC's Strategy& Industrial and Services team in Milan supports clients from designing their industrial strategy to executing it. The team combines strategy and corporate finance capabilities, with expertise in industrial markets such as Industrial Manufacture, Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, and covers the full journey from strategy definition to execution. As an associate, you will work closely with clients on complex strategic and industrial challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market dynamics and industry trends, and assess business performance and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of industrial and business strategies.
• Help clients turn strategic ambitions into actionable initiatives and support their implementation.
• Work with a variety of clients and colleagues across projects, industries and challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required profile

What we offer

• Employment under the Italian CCNL Commercio collective agreement, with a gross salary of EUR 35,500-40,000 per year for candidates with little or no prior experience; the final offer depends on skills, qualifications and experience.
