CEO - Country Manager Italy

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic CEO‑Country Manager to launch and lead the Italian subsidiary of an international security and integrated technology solutions group. Reporting directly to International Management, you will be responsible for building the organisation from the ground up and delivering the market entry strategy in Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full operational start‑up of the Italian subsidiary, defining structure, processes and priorities.
• Co‑design organisational roles, workflows and the operating model together with headquarters.
• Align technical, operational and commercial functions to execute a go‑to‑market strategy.
• Oversee service delivery in Italy, including installation, maintenance, engineering and technical audits.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners during the start‑up phase.
• Ensure compliance with group standards, processes and policies.
• Prepare the business for transition to a permanent organisational structure.

Required profile

• Proven experience as Country Manager, General Manager or C‑Level executive in international contexts or new subsidiary launches.
• Background in technical/industrial sectors such as security, systems engineering or technology services.
• Strong execution, leadership and change‑management capabilities.
• Experience working in an international environment with direct reporting lines to headquarters.
• Fluent English; additional language skills a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high decision‑making autonomy and ability to thrive in unstructured environments.

What we offer

• Competitive gross annual salary ranging from €130,000 to €190,000, aligned with experience and qualifications.
