Channel Account Manager – Verticals (Public Sector, Healthcare & Education)

About the role

The Channel Account Manager – Verticals will lead Logitech’s go‑to‑market strategy for the Public Sector, Healthcare and Education markets in Italy. You will combine data‑driven analysis with hands‑on tender management to grow revenue through both channel partners and direct sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full tender lifecycle: identify opportunities, qualify, define bid strategy, coordinate responses, submit and manage post‑award activities.
• Develop and execute growth plans for public sector, healthcare and education verticals.
• Analyse procurement pipelines, framework agreements and market trends to uncover new business.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, product management and operations to produce high‑quality tender responses.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
• Provide regular business reviews, market insights and performance reports to senior management.
• Represent Logitech at industry events, procurement forums and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex public‑sector sales and tender processes in Italy.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement, framework agreements and regulated purchasing environments.
• Successful track record in Healthcare, Education or Public Sector markets.
• Experience working with channel partners, distributors and indirect sales models.
• Ability to manage strategic accounts and long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
