Client Service Associate – Asset Management (Italian/French)

About the role

The Client Service Associate will support J.P. Morgan Asset Management clients across several European markets, including Italy, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Geneva. The role focuses on delivering proactive, high‑quality service, handling client queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client service contact for assigned markets.
• Support Sales and Sales Support teams while liaising with Operational teams.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of client‑related issues and participate in relevant projects.
• Drive successful onboarding processes, including AML/KYC and retrocessions.
• Attend client meetings, trainings, events and regulatory‑driven initiatives.
• Communicate significant client issues internally, document and escalate as needed.
• Handle queries, errors and complaints within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Participate in client service and regional team meetings, continuously improving service performance.
• Proactively inform clients of regulatory, policy or service changes.
• Manage work volumes, adhere to policies and deadlines, and keep stakeholders updated on issue status.
• Stay updated on market‑specific agendas, product knowledge and legal or tax changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and French, with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in client service within financial services or asset management.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC processes and onboarding procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations and regional managers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
