Clinical Education Specialist MR - Apprentice

About the role

This is a 30-month apprenticeship as Clinical Education Specialist MR, based in Rome. Under supervision, the apprentice delivers formal training on MRI products and supports customers with post-sales training, either on-site or through digital platforms. The position is open to applicants who can travel to customer sites up to 80% of their working time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE equipment in a given modality area.
• Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications together with sales, service and the zone Clinical Education Manager.
• Deliver high-quality application training at customer sites so customers use GE equipment safely and effectively, optimizing image quality and productivity.
• Maintain satisfactory after-sales relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, capitalizing on opportunities that meet immediate customer needs.
• Promote product differentiators based on customers' clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
• Build and continuously improve a network of key opinion leaders in the assigned territory.
• Support trade shows, workshops, show sites and customer visits.
• Support the deployment of digital tools and the digital transformation of clinical education.
• Document trainings, site visits and customer interactions according to local protocol.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a Radiographer degree.
• Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
• Willingness to adapt to changing work environments and to travel to customer sites up to 80% of working time on average.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Required skills

• Teaching skills or teaching experience.
• Ability to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
