Cluster Director of Revenue – Luxury Hotels

About the role

We are seeking a Cluster Director of Revenue to lead revenue strategy across JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa and The Gritti Palace Luxury Collection, two iconic luxury hotels in Venice. The role will optimise pricing, inventory and forecasting to maximise profitability while aligning with Marriott brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, inventory and distribution strategies for both properties.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance and demand to optimise revenue.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and revenue reports, identifying trends and recommending actions.
• Manage transient, group and catering pricing to maximise profitability.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings and advise hotel leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to shape commercial strategies and business mix.
• Analyse KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and Market Share.
• Oversee revenue management systems and ensure compliance with Marriott standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management within luxury hotels or international hospitality groups.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently across two properties and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
