About the role

The Commis de Rang will work in the Seta restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Milan, delivering attentive and seamless service to guests. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast‑paced, high‑standard dining environment and want to grow within a world‑class luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Transport dishes from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
• Maintain constant communication with kitchen staff and dining room colleagues to ensure smooth service flow.
• Prepare the dining area before service, including setting cutlery and checking cleanliness of the Mandarin Garden spaces.
• Interact with guests courteously, offering sincere hospitality with a smile.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Italian and English.
