Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale projects in the Oil & Gas EPC sector. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities, sequencing, and work fronts across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Validate construction work against IFC drawings, method statements, and quality requirements.
• Identify and mitigate site hazards, including lifting operations and work‑at‑height risks.
• Develop and manage resource plans, execution strategies, and progress monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client teams to resolve design and execution issues.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in construction management within Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and hazard identification.
