Consult Partner, Public Sector

About the role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within Kyndryl and plays a key role in the company's strategic growth. As a Consult Partner, you lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and set strategic change agendas for Kyndryl's largest accounts, working with C-suite stakeholders at the intersection of business and IT solutions. The role focuses on the public sector, with extensive experience on major Italian public institutions (central and local) and companies in those segments, and covers cloud transformation, cybersecurity and data & AI.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth: sign deals, manage revenue targets, margins and backlog, and convert a pipeline of business development opportunities
• Scope and negotiate fees while protecting profitability and risk
• Build deep relationships with client CXOs and act as a trusted advisor, leading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives
• Deliver high-quality client work and improve client satisfaction, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Achieve individual and team utilization targets and oversee delivery of complex engagements
• Foster talent development, innovation and a commercially focused culture
• Shape Kyndryl's strategic initiatives, build external reputation and develop thought leadership

Required profile

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
• Proven track record leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate or public sector environments
• Experience managing or supporting high-value business development with senior stakeholders
• Strong personal brand and presence in the industry
• Growth mindset, customer-focused and open and inclusive in working with others

The salary range in Italy is 64,200 to 125,060 EUR for a full-time schedule, adjusted for part-time roles. Kyndryl offers a hybrid-friendly culture, development programmes including certifications with Microsoft, Google and Amazon, and coaching.
