Consultant (m/f/d) – Italy

About the role

Join Oliver Wyman as a Consultant and work on challenging projects that help clients solve complex problems, make better decisions, and create meaningful impact. You will collaborate with colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide, gaining exposure to various industries and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews, and turn information into clear insights.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses, and help structure recommendations for client decision‑making.
• Contribute to client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analysis, workshops, and discussions.
• Travel within the home market and internationally as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (any discipline) with strong initiative, intuition, creativity and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Evidence of leadership, extracurricular activities and an impactful life outside studies.

Required skills

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
