Experienced HCM Consultant – Digital Transformation

About the role

Marsh’s HR Transformation practice is seeking an experienced HCM consultant to join its Digital team in Milan. You will lead end‑to‑end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems.
• Analyze current HR processes and propose more efficient ways of working.
• Design delivery models for HR services and act as a focal point for clients during HR transformation programs.
• Implement HRIS systems, supporting clients through all project phases.
• Coordinate project teams and contribute to new business development.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in digital transformation and HR/HCM consulting.
• Project experience with major cloud HCM platforms and at least one certification.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work on international projects.
