About the role

Join Simon‑Kucher’s Milan office as a Consultant and work on high‑impact projects for industry leaders and early‑stage ventures. You will help clients launch new products, improve commercial performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client projects, delivering launch effectiveness and commercial excellence.
• Conduct advanced market, competitive and financial analyses to support data‑driven decisions.
• Lead specific sub‑workstreams, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Present findings confidently to internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international teams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Required profile

• Outstanding academic record in business management, economics, industrial engineering or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in business English and Italian (additional languages a plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation and eagerness to grow.
• Proven ability to work in dynamic, international environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with data‑analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Python (preferred).
