Creative Graphic Designer – Milan

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join our luxury fashion design team in Milan. This entry‑level, full‑time position supports the entire marketing mix, both online and offline, and works closely with teams in Milan and Shanghai.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, development and delivery of digital campaigns, social media content and website assets.
• Upload and manage content on WordPress, social platforms and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the fashion design team in Milan and the retail marketing team in Shanghai on cross‑functional projects.
• Ensure visual consistency across corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multimedia materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related discipline.
• Strong visual composition skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, openness to feedback and a passion for luxury fashion marketing.
