About the role
Ayvens, the global sustainable mobility brand formed from ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, is looking for a Customer Accountant intern in Rome. The intern helps ensure accurate recording of customer payments and statements, and supports the team in preparing weekly and monthly refunds to credit customers.
Key responsibilities
- Help allocate customer payments correctly to customer statements and reconcile them, using the tools provided
- Contribute to reconciling customer statements
- Support the preparation of customer and supplier offsets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Support the preparation of customer analyses proposed for contract resolution, based on overdue installments on a monthly basis
- Handle customer complaints about payment recording in the Salesforce system
- Proactively flag risks and propose mitigation actions in line with Ayvens policies
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in economic or scientific subjects
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Good command of main computer tools
