Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary contact for order‑related activities, managing an independent portfolio of customer accounts across one or two segments. This role supports the commercial organization by overseeing the full order‑to‑cash process from contract to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process order‑to‑cash activities including contract management, order confirmation, invoicing, and delivery for all order types (EDI, export, web orders).
• Serve as the front‑line business contact for product, service and supply‑chain inquiries, keeping clients informed and maximizing service capability.
• Analyze SAP reports to identify and resolve open issues and coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Product Stewardship, Trade Compliance and Quality.
• Receive, enter and manage customer non‑conformances/claims, including debit/credit note management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with customer service experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Significant experience in complex international customer relations.
• Ability to handle multiple requests, prioritize workload and maintain composure under stress.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (SD module) for order management.
• Experience with order management processes in an international environment.
