About the role

LIVYO manages residential rentals across Italy and receives a high volume of tenant enquiries. It needs someone who can reply quickly, qualify leads and book viewings. The role is a contractor position with monthly invoicing.

Key responsibilities

Reply to leads via WhatsApp, Idealista, Immobiliare.it and by phone
Qualify applicants based on budget, dates, occupants, employment and documents
Book and follow up on viewings
Update the CRM and filter out unqualified applicants
Use AI tools to work faster and more efficiently

Required profile

Native-level Italian, tested before the interview
Fluent English, tested before the interview
Strong communication and sales skills
Fast response times
Own computer and reliable internet connection

How to apply

Italian and English fluency are mandatory

Pay of €600–€950 per month
