Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will own the post‑sale customer lifecycle, ensuring clients achieve measurable value from onboarding through renewal and expansion. This role focuses on adoption, value realization, health monitoring and retention, working closely with Account Management to drive commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding from handover to go‑live, define success criteria and objectives.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to measurable outcomes.
• Drive product adoption through training, usage tracking and regular business reviews.
• Monitor health scores, identify churn risks and coordinate issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Account Management to ensure renewal‑ready customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing post‑sale customer lifecycles in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track usage metrics and value milestones.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with professional services, product and sales teams.
