Manager, Commerce Media Advertiser Development, Europe Pod Lead

About the role

The Manager, Commerce Media Advertiser Development, Europe Pod Lead will drive advertiser development for Mastercard’s Commerce Media business across Europe, sourcing card‑linked offers and affiliate programmes directly from advertisers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Commerce Media advertiser development sales across Europe, managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing card‑linked offers and affiliate programmes.
• Manage a pod of advertiser development resources, set regional objectives and drive revenue targets.
• Align with local markets and global teams on pipeline, product roadmap and merchant offer availability.
• Identify regional gaps and create strategies through direct sales and partnerships.
• Onboard merchants, oversee content, and ensure billing and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain merchant contracts and partnerships to scale quality content.
• Coordinate with other regions and the Revenue Enablement team to unlock global merchant opportunities.
• Collaborate with the West Division Lead to meet global goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in advertiser business development.
• Deep understanding of the advertising industry, especially card‑linked offers and affiliate marketing.
• Strong communication and commercial abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders.
